From protecting a VIP and hostage rescues, to terrorist apprehensions and stopping a suicide bomber before it’s too late, your people will have to work together, move quickly and think fast to achieve the mission.
InTAC Teams is designed to teach the principles, tactics and techniques that elite units use to plan, execute and make tactical decisions under extreme duress. To assure your team continues to apply our the InTA lessons they’ve learned far into the future, After-Action Reviews are conducted to integrate these skills into business applications, and a detailed Action Plan is developed to assure consistent team performance improvement over time.

How InTAC Teams Simulation Works: 3 Phases
1. Preparation:
First we will develop a baseline measurement and assess your team to determine the gaps in performance.
2. Execution:
Next your team will travel to one of our tactical training facilities where you will be trained and tested in tactical scenarios - You will plan, execute and make decisions to achieve your missions. Each scenario you participate in is designed to build your teams strengths and surface the gaps you need for higher levels of performance in business.
3. Integration:
Finally, we integrate your experience and lessons learned to provide you a plan to drive execution and continue development.
